Tylene Carnell

Executive Assistant

Tylene has lived in Oregon and Washington for most of her life and has called rural Central Washington home since 2001. While working full time in the mental health field, she also attended Central Washington University graduating with a degree in Sociology and later developed and facilitated a Clubhouse model of psychosocial  rehabilitation. From 2016 to 2020, Tylene worked with Pride Foundation as Regional Philanthropy Officer expanding opportunities and  equity for all SOGIE people across the Northwest. In 2020 Tylene founded Helen House, a safe and supportive space for SOGIE youth and young adults in Ellensburg. Tylene is also a founding member and past Vice President of the board, and current Executive Consultant for Immigrant Law and Justice of Central Washington. She loves and appreciates her family, her friends, her neighbors and her community, and living the small-town life.
